Everything I always order from this location has always been fresh and prepared very well. I usually order an oven baked sandwich, and I've always been impressed. My favorite is the Mediterranean Veggie. I also really like the Buffalo Chicken with blue cheese. The delivery drivers are always on time and often earlier than quoted.

I decided that this pizza place is sneaky with there fees. I dont live to far, but I stopped ordering from them because they want $3.00 for a delivery fee. They claim it's not a tip but that isn't true. The drivers get a petcentage for every delivery they make. I would have order atleast 4 tomes a month, but they seem to not want my business. When they decide to waive that fee and allow me to tip the driver, I will order again from here.

I am a regular customer at this place. I don't buy very often but when I order pizza I call them. The last time I ordered, the delivery guy forgot to bring me two dressing (garlic and marinara). I did not call back because didn't think it was fair to make the delivery guy to come back, plus I was very hungry. The next time I called (02-19-15), Stephanie was on the phone, and I told her about the issue of my last order and asked her if she could waive the charge of the dressing (maybe $1.00) and she said that is not possible, and she works in a different store and I had to pay for it... Really??? She was extremely rude, and had no customer service skills AT ALL... For $1.00 she rather make the customer unhappy instead of waive that minimum charge... I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she was the only one in there. So, I decided to try from a different pizza place (which found out the taste and price was better), as of result, I won`t order from them anymore.

Although I have ordered many times from Dominos to deliver to Embry-Riddle and never had a problem, I am not satisfied with the attitude our delivery driver gave us when he arrived with our order the night of July 31st.. We had a credit card saved on file when ordering online and decided to use that card (which we did not have nearby). I didn't think it was a problem because I have ordered a lot of times before and many of which did not ask for me to present my card, or even identification. I can not believe that when the driver arrived and I told him the situation, he forced us to give him the card so we had to run across campus in order to grab it. When we finally got back, he asked to to show ID which has never been done before. He even acted as if we stole the card and took over 5 minutes to verify the information. Going through airport security would be faster than getting verified by the pizza delivery guy. I can understand that he needed to verify the information, but to act as if we stole the information was not okay and I was very upset. I would give this place 4 stars, but because of how I was treated recently, I have to give them 3.

This location was clean and the workers were friendly! I liked that the menu was positioned well so that you can clearly see what you'd like to order, the prices, etc. I ordered a pizza and a sandwich and my food was fresh, hot and fast! I am definitely going to return. I like that they have more variety as compared to Papa John's. This is a take-out or delivery place. There are no tables for sitting and eating, but there are benches for you as you wait for your order to be prepared.
